Measured when buttoned and lying flat - the shoulders are 20” across, the sleeves are 20” long, the chest is 21” across measured from armpit to armpit and the length of the jacket is 27” long
For a fuzzy jacket this one looks barely, if ever worn. No wear signs or damages whatsoever.
