Returns + Exchanges
The Sapphires and Sagebrush Mercantile gladly accept returns and exchanges!
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- We will deny refunds or exchanges if the returned item comes back to us damaged in any way without notification (ex: rips, tears, makeup or deodorant stains, ect.)
If items are damaged upon arrival:
- Please send pictures to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and mail back the damaged product
- After review and we have received the returned damaged item, we will refund your order in full
- Items returned after 30 days will not receive a refund.
Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I don't accept cancellations
- But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
